In order to proceed with the annual return you will need to update your charity details.
Trustees have a legal duty to keep the registered details of the charity up to date.
The details you can change and must keep up to date include:
- The description of your charity's activities
- The charity's classifications - what is does, who it helps and how it does it
- Where your charity operates
- Current contact details for trustees, chair and charity contact (names, address, email address, date of birth)
- Registered address for your charity
- Company number (where applicable)
- Governance, policies, regulators and gift aid
- Bank and or building society details
