Does your charity have members?

Please indicate whether or not your charity has members. Members have a constitutional role within the charity. The governing document will define who the members are and their rights, for example the right to vote. The charity’s members and trustees may in some organisations be one and the same but usually a charity’s membership is wider than the trustee body.
