Date the new name was agreed

Enter the date of the meeting at which the new name was agreed, for example, 02/07/2018. You must send PDF copies of the resolution and updated constitution agreeing the change to the charity commission within 15 days of the date on which the resolution was passed.

By continuing, you confirm that the name has been:

• agreed at a meeting, in accordance with the charity's governing document ; and
• agreed by Companies House and a letter of approval has been obtained, if required.
